The Board of Elected Auditors is a three-member board comprised of at-large positions elected in odd-numbered years for terms of six years each, beginning on the first Monday of January after the election.
The Auditors meet annually in January to organize with the election of a chairperson and secretary and conduct other business as needed. The Board of Supervisors has appointed an outside auditor to audit the previous fiscal year's books since 2004.
No Board of Elected Auditors meetings were held in the years 2012-2023.
