Conditional Use Application #2024-2 of Guinta Enterprises, 3845-3855 Horseshoe Pike (Tax Parcel Number 22-7-38) for a proposed planned mixed-use residential development of six (6) new single-family dwelling units, in addition to retaining the current residence and commercial business. The hearing was held February 12, 2025;  approval granted on March 12, 2025.
